What to Expect

The Pre-Visit

When you go to book your appointment. you be asked to completed both my digital consultation and terms of service form, as I want to make sure the correct service(s) were booked.

After reviewing your consultation form, and the correct service(s) were booked, you will receive a confirmation email & text notifying you that your appointment has been approved. YAY!!

My booking software sends out notifications 3 different times:

1 - When the appointment is booked

2 - 72 hours prior for you to confirm

3 - 24 hours prior to remind you

I have a 24 hour cancellation / no-show policy, so all the reminders are helpful to be able to keep track and be reminded of your appointment, and avoid any charges.

 Make sure to go to my terms of service to read about rescheduling, cancellations and no-shows, along with the fees associated. 

   Your appointment time is for you alone, so please be on time and ready to relax.

Please come alone unless otherwise talked about with me.

The Consultation / Appointment

I am located inside Urban Hair Lounge right next to Publix off Hwy 50 & Citrus Tower Blvd.

There is a large parking lot, so park where ever you can find an open space.

If you are a new guest, your first appointment with me is usually a bit longer, as we have a lot to go over before getting started.

I go over all the things:

what you're liking & not liking about your hair, what you're looking for, what your hair goals are, the maintenance you do on the daily when getting ready, the product or lack of you use and the tools.

I need to take all these things into consideration before preforming any service(s). I wanna get you to your hair goal(s) or just help you maintain your hair in the best and healthiest way possible.

Inspirational photos are much appreciated!

I will ask you for pictures of ideas that you're thinking of, or leaning towards. It helps me to have an idea of where you're at and or what your goal hair is. You can find these on Pinterest or Google.

Please come to your appointment with clean and dry hair. Washed within 24 hours of service is fine.

There is complementary coffee, hot tea, soda & water.

I have a phone charge for all phone types, and there is free wifi as well.

After Goodbye

Within the following week after your appointment, you will receive an email asking how your appointment went. I want you to love your hair and be happy with the service(s) you received.

If for any reason you are not happy, please let me know within 7 days from the service date so I can fix it free of charge.

However; if its not what we discussed in the consultation and or you just changed your mind, that is not covered by my guarantee and you will be charged.

Product use at home:

If you are not using professional products, or don’t take home what I recommended for your hair maintenance, I cannot guarantee the results of how your service(s) will stay maintained until the next appointment.

If you need to get product, please let me know ahead of time to be sure I have it in stock.
