I completely understand how nerve-wracking & overwhelming it can be to find a new stylist, especially one who truly gets what you’re looking for.
Let me take the stress out of the process! Simply follow my easy steps to book your appointment, and we’ll create the look you’ve been dreaming of together. .

The Pre-Visit
When you go to book your appointment. you be asked to completed both my digital consultation and terms of service form, as I want to make sure the correct service(s) were booked.
After reviewing your consultation form, and the correct service(s) were booked, you will receive a confirmation email & text notifying you that your appointment has been approved. YAY!!
My booking software sends out notifications 3 different times:
1 - When the appointment is booked
2 - 72 hours prior for you to confirm
3 - 24 hours prior to remind you

The Consultation / Appointment
As a new guest, your first appointment with me is usually a bit longer, as we have a lot to go over before getting started.
We’ll go over all the things on your digital consultation form, as well as any extra things I need to know before moving forward with your hair goals & needs.
I take all these things into consideration before preforming any service(s). I want you leaving my chair feeling amazing and with a healthy scalp and shiny healthy hair.

After Goodbye
A few days after your appointment, you will receive an email from me. I want you to love your hair and be happy with the service(s) I provided.
If for any reason you are not happy, please let me know within 7 days from the date of service, so I can get you back in & tweak/fix the issue free of charge.
However; if its not what we discussed in the consultation and or you just changed your mind, that is not covered by my guarantee and you will be charged.
