Booking an appointment
I require a credit card on file to book ALL appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
However; if you do not follow my cancellation / no-show policy, your card will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. In the event you are needing to reschedule and or cancel your appointment, it needs to be done 24 hours prior, as this allows me to adjust my schedule and possibly fit someone in on my waitlist.
If 24 hours isn’t given, it will result in a charge to your card on file.
Fees:
If rescheduling or cancelling in less than 24 hours a 50% charge of the booked service will be charged to the card on file.
*If you are sick, the fee will be waived
No shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount to the card on file.
Late / Early Policy:
If you are running late, please let me know, as I will do the same if I am running behind.
If you are more than 15 minuets late, I will be unable to provide all, if any of the booked service(s).
If I am unable to provide the service, you will be asked to reschedule and charged as a no-showed appointment.
When you are running late, it can cause me to run behind for the rest of my scheduled appointments. Please be considerate of my other clients booked after you.
*Do not show up more than 5 -10 minutes before your appointment time, unless otherwise asked by me.
Guarantee of Service:
As your stylist, I want you to always be 100% satisfied and in love with your hair and the service I provide to you.
If for some reason you are not, and are in the need of a slight tweak to your haircut, color, or any other service received. Please let me know within 7 days of the initial service.
I will get you on my book to make any tweak needed, free of charge.
However; if its not what we discussed in the consultation and or you just changed your mind, that is not covered by my guarantee and you will be charged.
Product use at home:
If you are not using professional products, or don’t take home what I recommended for your hair maintenance, I cannot guarantee the results of how your service(s) will stay maintained until the next appointment.
If you need to get product, please let me know ahead of time to be sure I have it in stock.
My policies are in place to help my business run smoothly and respectfully to both myself as well as my clients & provide the best service(s) to them as possible.
Please keep in mind that your appoinment is just that…..your appointment.
Do not bring friends, kids or other family members unless previously talked about with me.
